What is the cancellation policy?We have a 24-hour policy for cancellation or no-show. If you want to reschedule or cancel a scheduled class, you can contact your tutor directly or via jeparlefrench.ca@gmail.com up to 24 hours before the class' starting time. if you are late to a class, we can wait up to 15 minutes before considering it a no-show. This policy ensure that our tutors can plan their work day in advance and thus ensure a high quality service.

How the payments work?Payments have to be made to Je Parle French at least 24 hours before the lesson starts, if you pay by class (usually weekly). You can also pay monthly or for several classes if you prefer. Payments details will be sent to you after the discovery call.

What tools do we use?We use Zoom for the online lessons. We also usually works with Google Docs for lessons and material sharing. However we are flexible so if you wish to use different tools, ask your tutor.
